CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read my appointment policy so everything goes smoothly. 🚫 Clients must be 18+. 🕒 Please arrive on time. Appointments over 10 minutes late will be canceled. 📅 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. 💳 Deposit policy: A 50% deposit is required to book an appointment for all clients (new and returning). Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance. No-shows will result in a forfeited deposit. 👶 For safety and comfort, NO children, extra guests, or pets are allowed. ✅ Services provided: I specialize in natural nail strengthening using builder gel. ❌ Services not provided: I do not offer regular nail polish, pedicures, acrylic nails, dip powder, or nail extensions. Techniques & shapes: 📐 I work exclusively with modern nail techniques and do not perform outdated nail shapes such as short stiletto/almond, tapered (narrow) square/coffin, or ballerina styles. 🚀 My clients value speed and quality. I do not offer nail art or complex designs 🎨 🧪 I do not remove acrylic, dip powder, or Gel-X. Clients must arrive with bare natural nails or builder gel only. Nail health policy: ⚡ I work with healthy, natural nails only. Clients with damaged nails, signs of fungus, infection, inflammation, open skin, bleeding, or visible irritation around the cuticle area (including picking, biting, or over-manipulated cuticles) will not be accepted for service. 🌹 Thank you for taking the time to review my policy.
